TV Installation in Tullamore – 55-Inch TV Over the Fireplace
TV Pro recently completed this TV installation in Tullamore, Co. Offaly: a 55-inch TV mounted above the mantelpiece, with every cable concealed for a clean, cosy finish. The customer wanted the TV to become part of the fireplace wall rather than sit on a stand in the corner, and the result speaks for itself.
Mounting a TV Above a Fireplace – Done Properly
Putting a TV over a fireplace is one of the most popular requests we get, and it is also one where a careful approach matters. We check the wall and chimney breast before drilling, choose a bracket rated for the screen’s weight, and set the height and position so the TV sits centred over the mantelpiece for comfortable viewing from the sofa.
Hidden Cables for a Clean Finish
Trailing wires spoil the look of a feature fireplace. On this job the power and signal cables were concealed neatly, so all you see is the TV and the mantelpiece — nothing hanging down the wall.
