Traditional Samsung Frame models use Samsung’s One Connect system. The display connects to a separate One Connect Box, so the installation needs careful planning around the cable route, box position, power and the finished appearance.

We plan the relationship between the near-flush display, the One Connect cable and the box location so the installation remains clean, accessible and suitable for the wall.
Frame Pro / Wireless One Connect
Newer Samsung Frame Pro models can use Samsung’s Wireless One Connect Box. The television itself still requires power, and room layout, signal conditions and equipment positioning must still be assessed correctly.

With wired Samsung Frame installations, careful One Connect cable routing is essential. The cable must be handled and routed carefully, so we assess the wall before deciding on the appropriate installation method.
Hollow / Stud Walls
Where appropriate, connections can be concealed within the wall cavity to achieve a very clean installation. We identify suitable routes and consider studs, insulation, services and the intended One Connect Box position.
Solid / Concrete Walls
Where appropriate, TVPro can create a carefully planned cable route within the wall, protect the cable and make good or replaster afterwards to achieve the required finish.

Yes. We regularly install Frame TVs on solid and concrete walls. Cable concealment may involve a carefully planned chased route and making good afterwards.
Can you install a Samsung Frame above a fireplace?
Yes, subject to assessing the wall, mounting height, heat source, clearances, cable route and viewing position. We will advise if the proposed location needs adjustment.
Where can the One Connect Box be located?
Depending on the room, it may sit in furniture, a cabinet, an appropriate accessible recess or another planned location. It should remain ventilated and accessible.
Do you install Samsung Frame Pro / Wireless One Connect models?
Yes. We install newer Frame Pro models using Wireless One Connect as well as traditional wired One Connect models. The television still needs a suitable power connection.
